| What kind of visit you can have:
There is a visitor center in downtown Salem and an
orientation center on site. Both show films.
The heart of the site is three original wharves and a
dozen historic structures along the waterfront, ranging
from the Customs House to houses for the wealthy and
craftsmen. Ranger led tours offered daily allow
access to some home interiors and on board the tall ship
